Traditional Hungarian dishes with some twists<br \/>\n&#8211; Modern outlook<br \/>\n&#8211; Connection with art and literature<\/p>\n<p>What we came up as solution, which includes the concept and the storytelling:<br \/>\n&#8211; Famous Hungarians\u2019 (writers, painters, historical figures) favourite dishes<br \/>\n&#8211; Kitchen: Traditional cuisine (But fitted for the 21st Century)<br \/>\n&#8211; Gluten and lactose-free versions (Following the trends)<\/p>\n<p>Zolt\u00e1n Kov\u00e1cs Master Chef created the menu and Cserna-Szab\u00f3 Andr\u00e1s wrote stories<br \/>\nfor the foods.<\/p>\n<p>When we start any project we do big research!<br \/>\nSo we collected lots of materials connected to traditional Hungarian elements with a bit of modern touch, pictures from the turn of the century (19th abd 20th)<br \/>\ninterior elements, etc&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5702 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.welldon.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/blogba-bartfai1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.welldon.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/blogba-bartfai1.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.welldon.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/blogba-bartfai1-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.welldon.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/blogba-bartfai1-600x400.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.welldon.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/blogba-bartfai1-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We provided few names for the restaurant with visual concepts.<\/p>\n<p>The choosen name was:<br \/>\nB\u00e1rfai Vend\u00e9gl\u0151<\/p>\n<p>About the name B\u00e1rtfai:<br \/>\nName associated with good reputation<br \/>\n&#8211; The street where the restaurant \u000b is located has existed on the map of \u000b Buda for hundreds of years such as \u000b B\u00e1rtfai Gasse.<br \/>\n&#8211; Naming the restaurant after its location makes it easier to memorise the brand name.<br \/>\n&#8211;
